No, BusGo Services currently does not support online booking. We operate on a walk-in / board-and-pay basis. You can purchase tickets directly from the driver or at the terminal. Cash and major mobile payment systems are accepted.
Our Sleeper and Luxury buses come equipped with reclining leg rests/berths, individual USB charging outlets, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, reading lights, and complimentary mineral water.
For safety and privacy, we display driver names, license numbers, and standard contact details in our Drivers section. If you need to relay critical instructions, we recommend calling our 24/7 central support hotline.
Passengers are allowed to check in one large bag (up to 23kg/50lbs) in the bus luggage hold free of charge, along with one small carry-on bag inside the cabin. Additional luggage is subject to minimal space-based charges.
